🍽️ Grilled Zucchini and Tomato Salad

Ingredients
- 1 zucchini
- 1 garlic clove
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tomatoes
- 100 g green olives (stuffed with pepper)
- 2 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 2. Cut off the hard ends on both sides.
- 3. Slice the zucchini thinly at a slight angle.
- 4. Peel the garlic.
- 5. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil into a small bowl.
- 6. Press the garlic directly into the oil.
- 7. Season the oil-garlic mixture with salt and pepper.
- 8. Brush the zucchini slices with the marinade.
- 9. Preheat the grill to high heat.
- 10. Place the zucchini on the hot grill.
- 11. Grill the zucchini for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 12. Turn the slices once during grilling.
- 13. Wash the tomatoes in the meantime.
- 14. Cut out the hard stem areas from the tomatoes.
- 15. Slice the tomatoes.
- 16. Drain the olives in a colander.
- 17. Slice the olives into rings.
- 18. Place one zucchini slice on top of a tomato slice.
- 19. Repeat this for all slices and arrange them on plates.
- 20. Sprinkle the olive rings over the salad.
- 21. Drizzle the salad with the remaining oil.
- 22. Add some vinegar.
- 23. Garnish the plate with fresh basil.
- 24. Grind fresh pepper over it.
- 25. Serve the salad immediately.
