  1. 1. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
  2. 2. Cut off the hard ends on both sides.
  3. 3. Slice the zucchini thinly at a slight angle.
  4. 4. Peel the garlic.
  5. 5. Put 2 to 3 tablespoons of oil into a small bowl.
  6. 6. Press the garlic directly into the oil.
  7. 7. Season the oil-garlic mixture with salt and pepper.
  8. 8. Brush the zucchini slices with the marinade.
  9. 9. Preheat the grill to high heat.
  10. 10. Place the zucchini on the hot grill.
  11. 11. Grill the zucchini for 6 to 8 minutes.
  12. 12. Turn the slices once during grilling.
  13. 13. Wash the tomatoes in the meantime.
  14. 14. Cut out the hard stem areas from the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Slice the tomatoes.
  16. 16. Drain the olives in a colander.
  17. 17. Slice the olives into rings.
  18. 18. Place one zucchini slice on top of a tomato slice.
  19. 19. Repeat this for all slices and arrange them on plates.
  20. 20. Sprinkle the olive rings over the salad.
  21. 21. Drizzle the salad with the remaining oil.
  22. 22. Add some vinegar.
  23. 23. Garnish the plate with fresh basil.
  24. 24. Grind fresh pepper over it.
  25. 25. Serve the salad immediately.
