  2. 2. Shake the chives dry.
  3. 3. Cut the chives into pieces about 2 centimeters long.
  4. 4. Remove the hard ends of the zucchini.
  5. 5. Wash the zucchini.
  6. 6. Slice the zucchini into long, thin strips using a vegetable peeler or mandoline.
  7. 7. Place the zucchini slices on kitchen paper.
  8. 8. Sprinkle some salt over the slices.
  9. 9. Let the zucchini sit for 5 minutes to draw out the water.
  10. 10. Drain the feta cheese if it is stored in liquid.
  11. 11. Cut the feta cheese into long sticks.
  12. 12. Pat the zucchini slices dry with kitchen paper.
  13. 13. Place 2 to 3 zucchini slices slightly overlapping next to each other on your work surface.
  14. 14. Repeat this until you have prepared a total of 16 zucchini rolls.
  15. 15. Spread one teaspoon of ajvar onto each zucchini surface.
  16. 16. Place a stick of feta cheese on the spread zucchini.
  17. 17. Roll up the zucchini slices tightly.
  18. 18. Secure each roll with a toothpick.
  19. 19. Place the zucchini rolls on a grilling tray.
  20. 20. Drizzle the rolls with oil.
  21. 21. Grill the rolls on a hot grill for 5 to 8 minutes.
  22. 22. Sprinkle the prepared chives over the finished rolls.
  23. 23. Serve the zucchini rolls immediately.
