🍽️ Grilled Zucchini Rolls with Feta Cheese

Ingredients
- 0.5 bunch chives
- 500 g zucchini (2 zucchini)
- salt
- 200 g feta cheese
- 100 g ajvar
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the chives thoroughly.
- 2. Shake the chives dry.
- 3. Cut the chives into pieces about 2 centimeters long.
- 4. Remove the hard ends of the zucchini.
- 5. Wash the zucchini.
- 6. Slice the zucchini into long, thin strips using a vegetable peeler or mandoline.
- 7. Place the zucchini slices on kitchen paper.
- 8. Sprinkle some salt over the slices.
- 9. Let the zucchini sit for 5 minutes to draw out the water.
- 10. Drain the feta cheese if it is stored in liquid.
- 11. Cut the feta cheese into long sticks.
- 12. Pat the zucchini slices dry with kitchen paper.
- 13. Place 2 to 3 zucchini slices slightly overlapping next to each other on your work surface.
- 14. Repeat this until you have prepared a total of 16 zucchini rolls.
- 15. Spread one teaspoon of ajvar onto each zucchini surface.
- 16. Place a stick of feta cheese on the spread zucchini.
- 17. Roll up the zucchini slices tightly.
- 18. Secure each roll with a toothpick.
- 19. Place the zucchini rolls on a grilling tray.
- 20. Drizzle the rolls with oil.
- 21. Grill the rolls on a hot grill for 5 to 8 minutes.
- 22. Sprinkle the prepared chives over the finished rolls.
- 23. Serve the zucchini rolls immediately.
