🍽️ Grilled sausages with mustard and sauerkraut

Ingredients
- Clarified butter
- 750 g Sauerkraut
- 250 ml White wine
- 2 Onions (finely chopped)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- Cumin
- 8 Veal frying sausages
Instructions
- 1. Heat one tablespoon of ghee in a pot.
- 2. Sauté the finely chopped onion in it.
- 3. Add the sauerkraut and sauté it vigorously.
- 4. Stir the mixture repeatedly.
- 5. Season with half a teaspoon of caraway seeds, pepper, and salt.
- 6. Pour in the white wine gradually.
- 7. Simmer the sauerkraut over medium heat for about 30 minutes in an open pot.
- 8. Wait until the liquid has almost completely evaporated.
- 9. Heat one teaspoon of ghee in a grill pan.
- 10. Fry the sausages over medium heat for about 5 to 7 minutes until golden brown.
- 11. Serve the grilled sausages on pre-warmed plates with the sauerkraut.
- 12. Serve the dish with a dollop of sharp mustard.
