Ingredients
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 800 g fresh squid
- lemon juice (to taste)
Instructions
- 1. Mix the paprika powder with salt, pepper, and the oil.
- 2. Wash the squid and clean them.
- 3. Cut the squid into large pieces.
- 4. Mix the squid pieces with the oil mixture.
- 5. Let the squid marinate for 15 minutes.
- 6. Preheat the grill.
- 7. Place the squid on the grill.
- 8. Grill the squid on all sides over medium heat.
- 9. Grill the squid for 3 to 4 minutes.
- 10. Arrange the grilled squid in a bowl.
- 11. Drizzle the squid with lemon juice to taste.
- 12. Serve the squid.
