🍽️ Grilled Tandoori Chicken Breast

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets (approx. 160 g each)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 250 g yogurt
- 1 tsp coriander (ground)
- 1 tsp turmeric (ground)
- 1 tsp cardamom (ground)
- 1 tsp paprika powder (hot)
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken breasts under cold water.
- 2. Thoroughly dry the meat with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Poke the chicken breasts several times all over with a sharp knife.
- 4. Place the prepared breasts into a shallow baking dish.
- 5. Peel the garlic clove and press the garlic into a small bowl.
- 6. Add the yogurt, all spices, salt, and pepper to the garlic bowl.
- 7. Mix the marinade ingredients well together.
- 8. Pour the finished marinade evenly over the chicken breasts.
- 9. Turn the meat in the marinade so that it is well coated all over.
- 10. Cover the dish and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- 11. Take the meat out of the refrigerator after the marinating time.
- 12. Preheat your grill and set it to indirect heat.
- 13. Place the chicken breasts on the hot grill grate.
- 14. Turn the meat regularly while grilling.
- 15. Brush the meat repeatedly with the remaining marinade in between.
- 16. Grill the chicken breasts for about 15 minutes until cooked through.
- 17. Remove the finished breast from the grill.
- 18. Serve the dish immediately.
