  1. 1. Rinse the meat under cold water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Mix oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  4. 4. Place the meat in the marinade.
  5. 5. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
  6. 6. Turn the meat once during the marinating time.
  7. 7. Take the meat out of the refrigerator 2 hours before grilling.
  8. 8. Let the meat drain well.
  9. 9. Sear the meat on the grill over high heat.
  10. 10. Move the meat to a cooler spot on the grill.
  11. 11. Cook the meat for 15 minutes, turning it repeatedly.
  12. 12. Cover the meat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  13. 13. Wash the bell peppers under running water.
  14. 14. Remove the stem and the inside of the bell peppers.
  15. 15. Cut the bell peppers in half.
  16. 16. Remove the white membrane and seeds.
  17. 17. Cut the bell pepper halves into wide strips.
  18. 18. Grill the pepper strips for approx. 10 minutes on the edge of the grill.
