🍽️ Grilled T-Bone Steaks

Ingredients
- 2 T-Bone Steaks
- Lemons (juice)
- 50 ml olive oil
- 50 ml red wine
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- bell peppers (1 red and 1 green each)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the meat under cold water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Mix oil, wine, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 4. Place the meat in the marinade.
- 5. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
- 6. Turn the meat once during the marinating time.
- 7. Take the meat out of the refrigerator 2 hours before grilling.
- 8. Let the meat drain well.
- 9. Sear the meat on the grill over high heat.
- 10. Move the meat to a cooler spot on the grill.
- 11. Cook the meat for 15 minutes, turning it repeatedly.
- 12. Cover the meat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
- 13. Wash the bell peppers under running water.
- 14. Remove the stem and the inside of the bell peppers.
- 15. Cut the bell peppers in half.
- 16. Remove the white membrane and seeds.
- 17. Cut the bell pepper halves into wide strips.
- 18. Grill the pepper strips for approx. 10 minutes on the edge of the grill.
