🍽️ Lamb Skewers with Herb-Lemon Marinade

Ingredients
- 600 g lamb meat (from the leg, kitchen-ready, trimmed)
- 2 sprigs mint
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 1 sprig coriander
- 1 untreated lemon (juice)
- 1 pinch cumin
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lamb meat under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the meat into equal-sized, bite-sized cubes.
- 4. Rinse the fresh herbs under cold water.
- 5. Shake the herbs dry to remove excess water.
- 6. Finely chop the herb leaves.
- 7. Mix the chopped herbs with the lemon juice, cumin, and oil in a bowl.
- 8. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
- 9. Add the meat cubes to the marinade and toss them to coat evenly.
- 10. Let the meat marinate for about 2 hours.
- 11. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 12. Thread the marinated meat cubes onto the wooden skewers.
- 13. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 14. Grill the skewers for about 8 minutes.
- 15. Turn the skewers regularly while grilling to ensure even cooking.
- 16. Remove the finished skewers from the grill.
- 17. Arrange the skewers on plates.
- 18. Serve the skewers immediately while warm.
