🍽️ Grilled Shrimp Skewers with Yogurt Dip

Ingredients
- 800 g Tiger shrimp (kitchen-ready, deveined and peeled except for the tail segment)
- 5 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped Basil
- Chili flakes
- Sea salt
- 1 Garlic clove
- 150 g Yogurt
- 150 g Crème fraîche
- Pepper (from the mill)
- Lemon zest (for garnishing)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the shrimp thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Thread the shrimp onto 12 wooden skewers.
- 3. Mix the oil with the basil and chili to create a marinade.
- 4. Brush the shrimp on the skewers generously with the oil mixture.
- 5. Preheat the grill and place the skewers on it.
- 6. Grill the shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes, turning them occasionally.
- 7. Brush the shrimp with a little oil repeatedly while grilling.
- 8. Season the cooked shrimp with sea salt at the end.
- 9. Peel the garlic and chop it very finely.
- 10. Mix the chopped garlic with the yogurt and cream.
- 11. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
- 12. Fill the dip into small bowls.
- 13. Serve the skewers together with the dip.
- 14. Garnish the dish with lemon wedges and serve.
