  1. 1. Wash the shrimp thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Thread the shrimp onto 12 wooden skewers.
  3. 3. Mix the oil with the basil and chili to create a marinade.
  4. 4. Brush the shrimp on the skewers generously with the oil mixture.
  5. 5. Preheat the grill and place the skewers on it.
  6. 6. Grill the shrimp for 3 to 4 minutes, turning them occasionally.
  7. 7. Brush the shrimp with a little oil repeatedly while grilling.
  8. 8. Season the cooked shrimp with sea salt at the end.
  9. 9. Peel the garlic and chop it very finely.
  10. 10. Mix the chopped garlic with the yogurt and cream.
  11. 11. Season the dip to taste with salt and pepper.
  12. 12. Fill the dip into small bowls.
  13. 13. Serve the skewers together with the dip.
  14. 14. Garnish the dish with lemon wedges and serve.
