  2. 2. Finely grate the orange peel to capture the fruit's aroma.
  3. 3. Squeeze the orange to extract the juice.
  4. 4. Cut the chili peppers in half lengthwise.
  5. 5. Remove the seeds from the chili peppers.
  6. 6. Rinse the deseeded chili peppers.
  7. 7. Finely chop the chili peppers.
  8. 8. Squeeze the lime to obtain its juice.
  9. 9. Mix the orange zest, orange juice, chili, lime juice, one tablespoon of oil, and tomato paste in a bowl.
  10. 10. Pour the finished marinade into a resealable freezer bag.
  11. 11. Pat the pork fillets dry with kitchen paper.
  12. 12. Place the pork fillets into the freezer bag with the marinade.
  13. 13. Seal the bag tightly.
  14. 14. Shake the bag vigorously to ensure the fillets are completely covered by the marinade.
  15. 15. Place the bag in the refrigerator.
  16. 16. Let the fillets marinate for at least three hours.
  17. 17. Remove the pork fillets from the marinade.
  18. 18. Let the excess marinade drip off the fillets.
  19. 19. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
