  4. 4. Squeeze the lime half to extract the juice.
  5. 5. Wash the broccoli florets.
  6. 6. Wash the leek thoroughly.
  7. 7. Remove the tough ends from the leek.
  8. 8. Cut the leek into rings.
  9. 9. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
  10. 10. Fry the leek rings in the pan until golden brown.
  11. 11. Add the broccoli to the pan.
  12. 12. Pour the pan juices into the pan.
  13. 13. Simmer the vegetables under a lid for about 5 minutes.
  14. 14. Add the cooked beans to the vegetables.
  15. 15. Season the mixture with salt, lime juice, and pepper.
  16. 16. Rinse the plaice under cold water.
  17. 17. Pat the fish dry.
  18. 18. Salt the plaice.
  19. 19. Pepper the plaice.
  20. 20. Brush the fish with the remaining oil.
