Ingredients
- 1200 g kitchen-ready sole (4 kitchen-ready sole)
- Lemon juice
Instructions
- 1. Hold the soles under cold running water and rinse them thoroughly.
- 2. Gently pat the fish dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Drizzle some lemon juice over the fillets.
- 4. Let the fish rest for 15 minutes.
- 5. Pat the fillets dry again with the towel after the resting period.
- 6. Place the soles on the grill grate.
- 7. Grill the fish in the preheated grill for 5 minutes on the first side.
- 8. Turn the fish and grill it for another 5 minutes on the second side.
- 9. Sprinkle a little salt over the finished fish at the end.
