  5. 5. Pat the fillets dry again with the towel after the resting period.
  6. 6. Place the soles on the grill grate.
  7. 7. Grill the fish in the preheated grill for 5 minutes on the first side.
  8. 8. Turn the fish and grill it for another 5 minutes on the second side.
  9. 9. Sprinkle a little salt over the finished fish at the end.
