🍽️ Wooden Skewers with Marinated Meat and Grilled Vegetables

Ingredients
- 500 g beef (for quick frying)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp chopped rosemary needles
- 1 small yellow bell pepper
- 1 small green bell pepper
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 1 small zucchini
- salt (pepper)
- 8 wooden skewers
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic clove.
- 2. Press the garlic directly into the oil.
- 3. Stir the rosemary, salt, and pepper into the oil mixture.
- 4. Wash the meat and pat it dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Cut the meat into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 6. Place the meat cubes into the garlic marinade.
- 7. Let the meat marinate for 1 hour.
- 8. Turn the meat occasionally during the marinating time.
- 9. Wash the bell pepper and cut it in half lengthwise.
- 10. Remove the seeds and white inner membranes from the bell pepper.
- 11. Cut the bell pepper into small square pieces.
- 12. Wash the zucchini.
- 13. Slice the zucchini into approximately 0.5 cm thick rounds.
- 14. Take the meat out of the marinade and let it drain briefly.
- 15. Thread alternating pieces of meat and vegetables onto the wooden skewers.
- 16. Brush the vegetables on the skewers with the remaining oil.
- 17. Place the skewers on the preheated hot grill.
- 18. Grill the skewers for approx. 10 minutes.
- 19. Turn the skewers while grilling.
