  1. 1. Squeeze the lime and save the peel for later. Peel the garlic clove and chop it very finely. Mix the minced garlic with the olive oil, miso paste, honey, and one tablespoon of lime juice to form a smooth sauce.
  2. 2. Cut the lettuce hearts in half lengthwise through the core. Wash the halves and pat them dry with a kitchen towel. Brush the cut surfaces with the miso mixture and place them on the hot grill. Grill them for six to seven minutes, turning them once.
  3. 3. While the lettuce hearts are grilling, toast the almonds in a pan without added fat over medium heat for three minutes. Wash the chives, shake them dry, and slice them into fine rings.
  4. 4. Cut the cheese into small cubes. Puree it with the sour cream, yogurt, and two tablespoons of lime juice until creamy. Season the dressing to taste with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Place the grilled lettuce hearts on a serving plate. Put the dressing in a squeeze bottle or spoon and drizzle it over the lettuce hearts. Roughly chop the toasted almonds and sprinkle them along with the chive rings over the dish.
