🍽️ Juicy Grilled Beef Skewers

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Cognac
- 4 tbsp soy sauce (dark)
- pepper
- 0.5 tsp garlic powder
- 800 g beef rump
- 2 green bell peppers
- 400 g cherry tomatoes
- oil (for the grill grate)
- wooden skewers
Instructions
- 1. Cut the beef into cubes approximately 1.5 to 2 cm in size.
- 2. Add the marinade ingredients to the meat.
- 3. Marinate the meat in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
- 4. Wash the peppers and cut them in half lengthwise.
- 5. Remove the seeds and the white membrane from the inside of the peppers.
- 6. Cut the peppers into cubes approximately 2 cm in size.
- 7. Wash the tomatoes.
- 8. Thread the meat, tomatoes, and pepper cubes onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 9. Drizzle the remaining marinade over the assembled skewers.
- 10. Keep the skewers cool until you are ready to grill them.
- 11. Grill the skewers all around over high heat.
- 12. Ensure that the meat remains pink inside.
- 13. Serve the skewers with fresh baguette and salad.
