🍽️ Grilled Beef and Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients
- 300 g beef tenderloin (kitchen-ready)
- 300 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 0.25 tsp chili powder
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Preheat your grill.
- 2. Rinse the meat under running water.
- 3. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
- 4. Remove any inedible parts from the meat.
- 5. Cut the meat into large chunks.
- 6. Rinse the shrimp under running water.
- 7. Pat the shrimp dry with a kitchen towel.
- 8. Thread alternating pieces of meat and shrimp onto the wooden skewers.
- 9. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 10. Press the garlic into a small bowl.
- 11. Add the tomato paste to the bowl.
- 12. Add the oil to the bowl.
- 13. Add the chili peppers to the bowl.
- 14. Add the oregano to the bowl.
- 15. Add the salt to the bowl.
- 16. Add the pepper to the bowl.
- 17. Mix all the marinade ingredients well together.
- 18. Brush the skewers with the marinade.
- 19. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 20. Grill the skewers all around for 6 to 8 minutes.
- 21. Arrange the skewers on plates.
- 22. Serve the skewers.
