🍽️ Grilled Giant Mushrooms with Olive Oil, Garlic, and Herbs

Ingredients
- 12 Portobello mushrooms
- 2 unpeeled oranges
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch parsley
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp dill (chopped)

Instructions
- 1. Clean the mushrooms thoroughly.
- 2. Peel the oranges to get the zest.
- 3. Squeeze the juice from the oranges.
- 4. Pluck the parsley leaves from the stems.
- 5. Set aside some parsley leaves to use as a garnish later.
- 6. Chop the rest of the parsley.
- 7. Peel the garlic.
- 8. Slice the garlic into thin pieces.
- 9. Brush a heatproof dish with one tablespoon of olive oil.
- 10. Place the mushrooms in the prepared dish.
- 11. Add the garlic, chopped parsley, dill, orange zest, and orange juice.
- 12. Drizzle everything with the remaining olive oil.
- 13. Season the mixture with salt to taste.
- 14. Preheat the grill.
- 15. Grill the mushrooms for about 10 minutes.
- 16. Garnish the grilled mushrooms with the reserved parsley leaves.
- 17. Finally, taste the mushrooms to adjust the seasoning.
- 18. Serve the grilled mushrooms.
