  3. 3. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
  4. 4. Slice the zucchini halves into rounds about 1.5 centimeters thick.
  5. 5. Thread the skewers alternately with pieces of meat, zucchini slices, and tomatoes.
  6. 6. Mix the garlic, oil, curry powder, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
  7. 7. Brush the skewers generously with the spice mixture.
  8. 8. Preheat a pan or the grill.
  9. 9. Fry or grill the skewers on all sides for a total of about 5 minutes.
  10. 10. Remove the skewers from the heat as soon as the meat and vegetables are cooked through and golden brown.
