🍽️ Crispy Turkey and Vegetable Skewers from the Grill

Ingredients
- 400 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 zucchini
- 16 cherry tomatoes
- 1 garlic clove (chopped)
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper
- 2 tsp curry powder
Instructions
- 1. Cut the meat into cubes measuring approximately 3 by 3 centimeters.
- 2. Wash the zucchini thoroughly.
- 3. Cut the zucchini in half lengthwise.
- 4. Slice the zucchini halves into rounds about 1.5 centimeters thick.
- 5. Thread the skewers alternately with pieces of meat, zucchini slices, and tomatoes.
- 6. Mix the garlic, oil, curry powder, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl.
- 7. Brush the skewers generously with the spice mixture.
- 8. Preheat a pan or the grill.
- 9. Fry or grill the skewers on all sides for a total of about 5 minutes.
- 10. Remove the skewers from the heat as soon as the meat and vegetables are cooked through and golden brown.
- 11. Serve the skewers hot.
