  1. 1. Rinse the turkey meat under cold water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the turkey meat into uniform cubes.
  4. 4. Mix lemon juice, oil, salt, pepper, and a crushed garlic clove in a bowl to create a marinade.
  5. 5. Place the meat cubes in the marinade and let them marinate for 1 hour.
  6. 6. Peel the pineapple thoroughly.
  7. 7. Cut the pineapple lengthwise into four quarters.
  8. 8. Remove the hard core from each pineapple quarter.
  9. 9. Cut the pineapple pieces crosswise into bite-sized pieces.
  10. 10. Peel the banana.
  11. 11. Slice the banana into rounds about 1.5 cm thick.
  12. 12. Thread the marinated turkey cubes alternately with the pineapple and banana slices onto wooden skewers.
  13. 13. Place the skewers on the preheated hot grill.
  14. 14. Grill the skewers for approx. 8 minutes.
  15. 15. Turn the skewers regularly while grilling.
  16. 16. Brush the skewers repeatedly with the remaining marinade while grilling.
