  1. 1. Dissolve the yeast in 300 milliliters of lukewarm water.
  2. 2. Mix the flour with one teaspoon of salt in a bowl.
  3. 3. Make a well in the center of the flour mixture.
  4. 4. Pour the yeast water and the oil into the well.
  5. 5. Knead everything into a smooth dough.
  6. 6. If the dough is too wet, work in some flour.
  7. 7. If the dough is too dry, add some lukewarm water.
  8. 8. Knead the dough vigorously on a floured work surface for about 10 minutes.
  9. 9. Return the dough to the bowl.
  10. 10. Let the dough rise, covered, in a warm place for about 1 hour.
  11. 11. Drain the mozzarella in the meantime.
  12. 12. Slice the mozzarella into thin slices.
  13. 13. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes and shock them immediately.
  14. 14. Remove the skin from the tomatoes.
  15. 15. Quarter the tomatoes and remove the core.
  16. 16. Dice the tomatoes finely.
  17. 17. Peel the garlic.
  18. 18. Press the garlic onto the diced tomatoes.
  19. 19. Season the tomato mixture with salt and pepper.
  20. 20. Preheat the grill.
  21. 21. Knead the risen dough vigorously again.
  22. 22. Divide the dough into four equal portions.
  23. 23. Roll out the portions into rounds on a lightly floured work surface.
  24. 24. Place the pizzas on the hot grill.
  25. 25. Grill the pizzas for about 4 to 5 minutes.
  26. 26. Turn the pizzas over.
  27. 27. Top the pizzas with the mozzarella and diced tomatoes.
  28. 28. Close the grill or cover the pizzas with aluminum foil.
  29. 29. Bake the pizzas for another 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
  30. 30. Wash the basil.
  31. 31. Shake the basil dry.
  32. 32. Pluck the leaves from the stems.
  33. 33. Chop the basil leaves.
  34. 34. Sprinkle the chopped basil over the finished pizzas.
