🍽️ Honey Oregano Grilled Carrots

Ingredients
- 800 g Carrots
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp liquid honey
- 1.5 tbsp Orange juice
- 0.5 tsp dried oregano
- Sea salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- 1. Wash the carrots thoroughly and remove the green tops.
- 2. Peel the carrots completely.
- 3. Cut each carrot in half lengthwise.
- 4. Whisk the oil, honey, orange juice, and oregano together in a small bowl to form a smooth marinade.
- 5. Brush the cut surfaces of the carrots generously with the marinade.
- 6. Place the carrots on the preheated hot grill with the brushed side facing down.
- 7. Close the grill lid.
- 8. Grill the carrots for about 6 minutes.
- 9. Season the carrots to taste with salt and pepper.
- 10. Portion the carrots onto four plates and serve them warm.
