  1. 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes.
  2. 2. Peel the pineapple, remove the hard core, and cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes as well.
  3. 3. Thread the mango and pineapple pieces onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
  4. 4. Rinse the raspberries thoroughly under cold water.
  5. 5. Take half of the raspberries and puree them finely together with the lemon juice.
  6. 6. Heat the ghee (clarified butter) in a frying pan.
  7. 7. Fry the skewers in the pan until golden brown.
  8. 8. Spread the raspberry puree onto the plates.
  9. 9. Place the grilled skewers on top of the puree.
  10. 10. Add the remaining fresh raspberries as a garnish.
  11. 11. Lightly dust the skewers with powdered sugar and serve the dish.
