🍰 Grilled Mango-Pineapple Skewers with Raspberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 0.5 Pineapple
- 300 g Raspberries (fresh)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Ghee
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes.
- 2. Peel the pineapple, remove the hard core, and cut the flesh into bite-sized cubes as well.
- 3. Thread the mango and pineapple pieces onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 4. Rinse the raspberries thoroughly under cold water.
- 5. Take half of the raspberries and puree them finely together with the lemon juice.
- 6. Heat the ghee (clarified butter) in a frying pan.
- 7. Fry the skewers in the pan until golden brown.
- 8. Spread the raspberry puree onto the plates.
- 9. Place the grilled skewers on top of the puree.
- 10. Add the remaining fresh raspberries as a garnish.
- 11. Lightly dust the skewers with powdered sugar and serve the dish.
