Ingredients
- 2 Mangos
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rum
- 2 tbsp butter
Instructions
- 1. Peel the mangoes.
- 2. Cut the fruits in half lengthwise.
- 3. Remove the pits.
- 4. Score the curved flesh sides deeply, but do not cut through the skin.
- 5. Whisk the honey, rum, and butter together in a bowl.
- 6. Brush the mango halves with the mixture.
- 7. Place the mangoes on the hot grill.
- 8. Grill them for about 5 minutes, turning them once.
- 9. Serve the mango warm or cold.
