  4. 4. Score the curved flesh sides deeply, but do not cut through the skin.
  5. 5. Whisk the honey, rum, and butter together in a bowl.
  6. 6. Brush the mango halves with the mixture.
  7. 7. Place the mangoes on the hot grill.
  8. 8. Grill them for about 5 minutes, turning them once.
  9. 9. Serve the mango warm or cold.
