🍽️ Grilled Corn on the Cob with Parmesan

Ingredients
- 4 corn cobs
- salt
- 1 pinch sugar
- 50 g parmesan (1 piece)
- 1 lime
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 30 g yogurt butter (2 tbsp)
- sea salt
- chili powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the corn cobs thoroughly.
- 2. Fill a pot with water and bring it to a boil.
- 3. Add salt and sugar to the boiling water.
- 4. Place the corn cobs into the pot.
- 5. Reduce the heat to a low setting.
- 6. Let the corn cobs simmer gently for about 15 minutes.
- 7. Meanwhile, grate the Parmesan cheese finely.
- 8. Rinse the lime under hot water.
- 9. Cut the lime into four wedges.
- 10. Remove the corn cobs from the pot.
- 11. Let the water drain off the corn cobs.
- 12. Brush the corn cobs thinly with oil.
- 13. Preheat the grill.
- 14. Place the corn cobs on the hot grill.
- 15. Grill the corn cobs for about 10 minutes.
- 16. Turn the corn cobs occasionally while grilling.
- 17. Remove the grilled corn cobs from the grill.
- 18. Place small pieces of butter on the hot corn cobs.
- 19. Season the corn cobs with salt.
- 20. Season the corn cobs with chili.
- 21. Sprinkle the grated Parmesan over the corn cobs.
- 22. Serve the lime wedges alongside the corn cobs.
