🍽️ Herb-grilled lamb chops with herb marinade

Ingredients
- 2 kg Lamb chops (kitchen-ready)
- 1 sprig Rosemary
- 4 sprigs Thyme
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Sea salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the lamb chops under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Rinse the fresh herbs briefly and shake off excess water.
- 4. Chop the herbs roughly with a knife.
- 5. Mix the chopped herbs with the oil in a small bowl.
- 6. Season the herb-oil mixture with a pinch of pepper.
- 7. Peel the garlic clove from its skin.
- 8. Press the garlic directly into the herb-oil mixture.
- 9. Stir the marinade well until everything is combined.
- 10. Coat the lamb chops thoroughly with the marinade.
- 11. Let the chops marinate overnight in the refrigerator if possible.
- 12. Preheat your grill the next day.
- 13. Place the marinated chops on the hot grill grate.
- 14. Grill the chops for about 3 minutes on each side.
- 15. Season the finished meat with sea salt.
- 16. Serve the chops hot.
