  1. 1. Rinse the lamb chops under cold running water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with kitchen paper.
  3. 3. Rinse the fresh herbs briefly and shake off excess water.
  4. 4. Chop the herbs roughly with a knife.
  5. 5. Mix the chopped herbs with the oil in a small bowl.
  6. 6. Season the herb-oil mixture with a pinch of pepper.
  7. 7. Peel the garlic clove from its skin.
  8. 8. Press the garlic directly into the herb-oil mixture.
  9. 9. Stir the marinade well until everything is combined.
  10. 10. Coat the lamb chops thoroughly with the marinade.
  11. 11. Let the chops marinate overnight in the refrigerator if possible.
  12. 12. Preheat your grill the next day.
  13. 13. Place the marinated chops on the hot grill grate.
  14. 14. Grill the chops for about 3 minutes on each side.
  15. 15. Season the finished meat with sea salt.
  16. 16. Serve the chops hot.
