🍽️ Grilled Langoustines with Lemon Dressing

Ingredients
- 12 langoustines
- 0.5 lemon
- 3 garlic cloves
- 4 tbsp oil
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- lemon wedges
Instructions
- 1. Cut the langoustines in half lengthwise.
- 2. Remove the dark vein from the back of the langoustines.
- 3. Squeeze the lemon to extract the juice.
- 4. Peel the garlic cloves.
- 5. Press the garlic through a press or crush it finely.
- 6. Mix the lemon juice, garlic, and oil in a small bowl.
- 7. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 8. Brush the langoustines evenly with the oil-lemon mixture.
- 9. Place the langoustines on the hot grill.
- 10. Grill the langoustines for 6 to 8 minutes until cooked through.
- 11. Season the langoustines with salt and pepper after grilling.
- 12. Cut the remaining lemon into wedges.
- 13. Arrange the grilled langoustines on plates.
- 14. Garnish the dish with the lemon wedges.
