🍽️ Grilled Pork Chops with Grilled Lemons

Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 3 unpeeled lemons
- 1 garlic clove
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- salt
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the pork chops under running water and pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Wash the lemons under hot water, dry them, and cut each lemon in half.
- 3. Squeeze the juice out of one of the lemon halves.
- 4. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 5. Whisk the lemon juice, oil, chili flakes, and honey together in a bowl to make a marinade.
- 6. Place the pork chops in the marinade and turn them so they are fully coated.
- 7. Squeeze the remaining lemon halves and add them to the marinade along with the pork chops.
- 8. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours to let the flavors develop.
- 9. Remove the pork chops and lemons from the marinade and place them on the hot grill.
- 10. Grill the pork chops for about 12 minutes, turning them occasionally, until they are cooked through.
- 11. Take the remaining lemon halves from the marinade and squeeze them over the cooked meat to drizzle it with juice.
- 12. Finely chop the parsley and sprinkle it over the pork chops.
- 13. Season the pork chops with salt to taste.
- 14. Serve the pork chops along with the grilled lemons so you can squeeze them as desired.
