Ingredients
- 1 kg large potatoes
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 lemon
- salt, black pepper from the mill
- paprika powder sweet
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Cut the potatoes into diagonal slices about half a centimeter thick.
- 3. Pat the slices dry and brush them lightly with oil.
- 4. Place the potato slices on the grill.
- 5. Grill the potatoes for about 8 minutes until they are cooked through.
- 6. Wash the lemon under warm water.
- 7. Peel the lemon zest very thinly, avoiding the white pith.
- 8. Finely chop the lemon zest.
- 9. Mix the lemon zest with coarsely ground pepper, a pinch of salt, and sweet paprika powder.
- 10. Spread the finished spice mixture evenly over the grilled potato slices.
