🍽️ Grilled Potato and Sausage Skewers

Ingredients
- 12 small bratwursts
- 12 small potatoes (pre-cooked)
- 1 red onion
- 1 white onion
- 12 bay leaves
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- salt
- pepper (from a grinder)
- 4 wooden skewers
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius with top and bottom heat.
- 2. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges.
- 3. Carefully separate the onion wedges into individual layers.
- 4. Peel the potatoes.
- 5. Thread the sausages, potato pieces, onion wedges, and bay leaves onto the skewers in an alternating pattern.
- 6. Mix the oil with the parsley, salt, and pepper.
- 7. Place the skewers on a baking sheet.
- 8. Brush the skewers with the seasoned oil.
- 9. Scatter the rosemary sprigs over the skewers.
- 10. Place the tray in the center of the preheated oven and bake the skewers for 10 minutes.
- 11. Switch the oven to the grill setting.
- 12. Grill the skewers for 1 to 2 minutes until they are golden brown.
- 13. Serve the skewers on a preheated plate.
