🍽️ Grilled Veal Cutlets Stuffed with Cheese

Ingredients
- 4 slices veal cutlet
- 2 tomatoes
- 100 g mozzarella
- 100 g herb butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 tbsp parsley
- wooden skewer
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Carefully cut a pocket into the meat using a sharp knife. Wash the meat, pat it dry thoroughly, and season both the inside and outside with salt and pepper. Wash the tomatoes and pat them dry as well.
- 2. Peel the garlic and slice it along with the mozzarella, tomatoes, and half of the herb butter. Fill the pockets alternately with these ingredients. Secure the openings with wooden skewers, brush the meat with oil, and place it on the grill.
- 3. Grill the meat over indirect heat, turning occasionally, for 10 minutes. Garnish the finished cutlets with the remaining herb butter and fresh parsley before serving.
