🍽️ Grilled Cod Fillets with Colorful Vegetables

Ingredients
- 2 argentinean veal chops
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 tomato
- 1 white onion
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- corn germ oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the bell peppers thoroughly.
- 2. Remove the inside of the peppers.
- 3. Cut the peppers into rings and large strips.
- 4. Peel the onion.
- 5. Cut the onion into thick rings.
- 6. Wash the tomatoes.
- 7. Slice the tomatoes.
- 8. Season all the vegetables with salt and pepper.
- 9. Brush the vegetables with oil.
- 10. Preheat a grill pan or a serving pan.
- 11. Pat the fish fillet dry with kitchen paper.
- 12. Place the fish together with the vegetables in the hot pan.
- 13. Turn the fish frequently.
- 14. Roast the vegetables for about 3 minutes on each side.
- 15. Check if the fish is cooked through.
- 16. Pierce the fish.
- 17. If clear liquid runs out, the fish is done.
- 18. Drizzle the cooked fish with corn germ oil.
- 19. Season the fish generously with salt and pepper.
- 20. Serve the fish with spicy barbecue sauce or lemon juice.
