🍽️ Grilled Cod Fillets with Rosemary Orange Topping

Ingredients
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 organic orange
- 800 g cod fillet (4 cod fillets)
- salt
- pepper
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
Instructions
- 1. Wash the rosemary and shake it dry.
- 2. Cut one sprig into four small pieces.
- 3. Pluck off the remaining needles and chop them very finely.
- 4. Wash the orange and dry it.
- 5. Cut eight thin slices from the center of the orange.
- 6. Rinse the cod fillets and pat them dry.
- 7. Season the fillets with salt, pepper, and the finely chopped rosemary.
- 8. Place one rosemary piece and two orange slices on each fillet.
- 9. Secure the topping with kitchen twine so it does not slip off.
- 10. Grease an aluminum foil tray with the oil.
- 11. Place the fish packets into the tray.
- 12. Grill the fillets on both sides for about four to five minutes each.
