🍽️ Scallop Skewers with Pear and Lemongrass

Ingredients
- 16 stalks lemongrass (thin)
- 2 kaffir lime leaves
- 2 ripe pears
- 16 scallops (without coral)
- 8 slices Parma ham
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 40 g butter
Instructions
- 1. Wash the lemongrass stalks and kaffir lime leaves in hot water. Pat them dry with a cloth.
- 2. Wash the pears and dry them. Cut each pear into eight wedges, removing the core.
- 3. Halve the ham strips lengthwise. Wrap one ham strip around each scallop.
- 4. Thread one wrapped scallop and one pear wedge alternately onto a lemongrass stalk.
- 5. Season the skewers with salt and pepper.
- 6. Melt the butter in a pan until it foams. Add the kaffir lime leaves and fry them for 5 to 10 minutes.
- 7. Pour the flavored butter over the skewers.
- 8. Grill the skewers on the preheated grill for 8 to 10 minutes, turning them on both sides.
