  1. 1. Rinse the chicken thighs under cold running water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Place the dry chicken thighs into a large bowl.
  4. 4. Take a separate small bowl for the marinade.
  5. 5. Add tomato paste, oil, honey, and sherry to the small bowl.
  6. 6. Peel one clove of garlic.
  7. 7. Press the garlic directly into the marinade.
  8. 8. Season the marinade with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
  9. 9. Stir the marinade ingredients well with a spoon.
  10. 10. Pour the finished marinade evenly over the chicken thighs.
  11. 11. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid.
  12. 12. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
  13. 13. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
  14. 14. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  15. 15. Take the marinated chicken thighs out of the refrigerator.
  16. 16. Place the thighs side by side on the prepared baking sheet.
  17. 17. Put the tray in the oven for 25 minutes.
  18. 18. Take the tray out of the oven in between.
  19. 19. Brush the chicken thighs with the remaining marinade.
  20. 20. Repeat the brushing until the cooking time is finished.
  21. 21. Take the finished chicken thighs out of the oven.
  22. 22. Cut a lemon into wedges.
  23. 23. Serve the hot chicken thighs with the lemon wedges.
