🍽️ Oven-Baked Chicken Thighs with Honey-Tomato Glaze

Ingredients
- 20 small chicken drumsticks
- 200 ml olive oil
- 5 tbsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp sherry vinegar
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt (pepper)
- paprika powder
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken thighs under cold running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Place the dry chicken thighs into a large bowl.
- 4. Take a separate small bowl for the marinade.
- 5. Add tomato paste, oil, honey, and sherry to the small bowl.
- 6. Peel one clove of garlic.
- 7. Press the garlic directly into the marinade.
- 8. Season the marinade with salt, pepper, and paprika powder.
- 9. Stir the marinade ingredients well with a spoon.
- 10. Pour the finished marinade evenly over the chicken thighs.
- 11. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid.
- 12. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
- 13. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius.
- 14. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- 15. Take the marinated chicken thighs out of the refrigerator.
- 16. Place the thighs side by side on the prepared baking sheet.
- 17. Put the tray in the oven for 25 minutes.
- 18. Take the tray out of the oven in between.
- 19. Brush the chicken thighs with the remaining marinade.
- 20. Repeat the brushing until the cooking time is finished.
- 21. Take the finished chicken thighs out of the oven.
- 22. Cut a lemon into wedges.
- 23. Serve the hot chicken thighs with the lemon wedges.
