  1. 1. Rinse the chicken breasts thoroughly and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Wash the chili pepper, cut it in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, and slice the flesh into thin strips.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
  4. 4. Pick the coriander leaves off the stems and chop them finely as well.
  5. 5. Mix the chopped chili, garlic, coriander, honey, olive oil, and lemon juice together in a bowl.
  6. 6. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Coat the chicken breasts thoroughly with the marinade so they are well covered.
  8. 8. Fold a piece of aluminum foil in half, place the chicken breasts side by side in the center, and fold the edges over them.
  9. 9. Make sure to leave a small hole open in the center of the packet.
  10. 10. Place the foil packet on the grill and cook it slowly over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
  11. 11. Place mixed vegetables and lemon slices on the grill as desired while the chicken cooks.
