  1. 1. Rinse the meat under running water.
  2. 2. Pat the meat dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Cut the meat into approx. 2 cm cubes.
  4. 4. Peel the onions.
  5. 5. Cut the onions into approx. 2 cm pieces.
  6. 6. Thread the meat and onions alternately onto the skewers.
  7. 7. Mix the curry powder with 1 tbsp oil in a small bowl.
  8. 8. Brush the skewers with the curry-oil mixture.
  9. 9. Cover the skewers with a lid or foil.
  10. 10. Place the skewers in the fridge for at least 1 hour to marinate.
  11. 11. Rinse the tomatoes under running water.
  12. 12. Cut out the stem areas of the tomatoes in a wedge shape.
  13. 13. Slice the tomato flesh into slices.
  14. 14. Place the tomato slices on a plate.
  15. 15. Whisk together balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper, and honey for the sauce.
  16. 16. Slowly whisk in the remaining oil into the vinegar mixture.
  17. 17. Rinse the chives under running water.
  18. 18. Shake the chives dry.
  19. 19. Cut the chives into fine rings.
  20. 20. Reserve a small amount of the sauce in a separate bowl.
  21. 21. Stir the chive rings into the reserved sauce.
  22. 22. Pour the chive sauce over the tomato slices.
  23. 23. Halve the lemon.
  24. 24. Squeeze the lemon half.
  25. 25. Halve the avocado lengthwise.
  26. 26. Remove the pit from the avocado half.
  27. 27. Carefully separate the avocado flesh from the skin.
  28. 28. Place the avocado flesh in a blender.
  29. 29. Add the yogurt to the blender.
  30. 30. Add 1 tbsp lemon juice to the blender.
  31. 31. Season the avocado mixture with salt and pepper.
  32. 32. Blend the ingredients until smooth.
  33. 33. Heat a grill pan on the stove.
  34. 34. Lightly salt the marinated skewers.
  35. 35. Place the skewers in the hot grill pan.
  36. 36. Grill the skewers for approx. 3-4 minutes on each side.
  37. 37. Place the grilled skewers on top of the tomatoes.
  38. 38. Drizzle some avocado cream over the skewers.
  39. 39. Serve the dish immediately.
