🍽️ Spicy Grilled Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 600 g chicken breast fillet (kitchen-ready, skinless)
- 2 lemon
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 4 sprigs thyme
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken meat under running water.
- 2. Pat the meat completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Cut the meat into bite-sized cubes.
- 4. Rinse two lemons under hot water and pat them dry.
- 5. Peel the skin off one of the lemons.
- 6. Squeeze the juice out of both lemons.
- 7. Mix the lemon juice with the lemon peel, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- 8. Take three sprigs of fresh thyme and add them to the marinade.
- 9. Place the meat cubes into the marinade.
- 10. Let the meat marinate in it for about 20 minutes.
- 11. Thread the marinated meat pieces onto skewers.
- 12. Preheat your grill.
- 13. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 14. Grill the skewers all around for about 10 minutes.
- 15. Cut the second lemon into wedges.
- 16. Serve the grilled skewers garnished with the lemon wedges and remaining thyme.
