🍽️ Grilled Chicken Skewers

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 3 tbsp oil
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- skewers
- mint (1 tbsp finely chopped each)
- basil (1 tbsp finely chopped each)
Instructions
- 1. Press the garlic through a garlic press.
- 2. Mix the garlic paste with the oil.
- 3. Season the garlic oil mixture with salt and pepper.
- 4. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small, bite-sized cubes.
- 5. Thread the chicken cubes onto the skewers.
- 6. Brush the skewers generously with the garlic-oil mixture.
- 7. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
- 8. Grill the skewers for about 6 to 8 minutes.
- 9. Turn the skewers several times while grilling.
- 10. Brush the skewers with the marinade repeatedly in between.
- 11. Serve the grilled skewers immediately while hot.
