  2. 2. Mix the garlic paste with the oil.
  3. 3. Season the garlic oil mixture with salt and pepper.
  4. 4. Cut the chicken breast fillets into small, bite-sized cubes.
  5. 5. Thread the chicken cubes onto the skewers.
  6. 6. Brush the skewers generously with the garlic-oil mixture.
  7. 7. Place the skewers on the hot grill.
  8. 8. Grill the skewers for about 6 to 8 minutes.
  9. 9. Turn the skewers several times while grilling.
  10. 10. Brush the skewers with the marinade repeatedly in between.
  11. 11. Serve the grilled skewers immediately while hot.
