🍽️ Juicy Chicken Thighs with Thyme-Rosemary Glaze

Ingredients
- 8 chicken drumsticks
- 4 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs rosemary
- 1 tbsp liquid honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- salt
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- 1 pinch cayenne pepper
- 4 tomatoes
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken thighs under running water. Pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 2. Wash the thyme sprigs and shake off excess water. Pluck the small leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
- 3. Wash the rosemary sprigs and shake off excess water. Set them aside until you are ready to grill.
- 4. Whisk the honey, lemon juice, salt, paprika powder, four tablespoons of oil, cayenne pepper, and the chopped thyme together in a small bowl.
- 5. Brush the marinade evenly over all sides of the chicken thighs until they are fully coated.
- 6. Preheat your grill and place the marinated thighs on the hot grate.
- 7. Place the rosemary sprigs directly on the grill next to or under the chicken thighs to infuse them with flavor.
- 8. Close the grill lid and grill the chicken thighs for about 20 minutes. Turn them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
- 9. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly. Drizzle them with the remaining oil and sprinkle with a little salt.
- 10. Place the prepared tomatoes on the grill for about 10 minutes.
- 11. Remove the chicken thighs from the grill. Serve them on plates together with the grilled tomatoes.
