  1. 1. Rinse the chicken thighs under running water. Pat them completely dry with a kitchen towel.
  2. 2. Wash the thyme sprigs and shake off excess water. Pluck the small leaves from the stems and chop them finely.
  3. 3. Wash the rosemary sprigs and shake off excess water. Set them aside until you are ready to grill.
  4. 4. Whisk the honey, lemon juice, salt, paprika powder, four tablespoons of oil, cayenne pepper, and the chopped thyme together in a small bowl.
  5. 5. Brush the marinade evenly over all sides of the chicken thighs until they are fully coated.
  6. 6. Preheat your grill and place the marinated thighs on the hot grate.
  7. 7. Place the rosemary sprigs directly on the grill next to or under the chicken thighs to infuse them with flavor.
  8. 8. Close the grill lid and grill the chicken thighs for about 20 minutes. Turn them occasionally to ensure even cooking.
  9. 9. Wash the tomatoes thoroughly. Drizzle them with the remaining oil and sprinkle with a little salt.
  10. 10. Place the prepared tomatoes on the grill for about 10 minutes.
  11. 11. Remove the chicken thighs from the grill. Serve them on plates together with the grilled tomatoes.
