Ingredients
- 16 chicken wings
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- cayenne pepper
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped rosemary
- salt
- 2 sprigs rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the chicken wings thoroughly.
- 2. Pat the wings completely dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Whisk the honey, lemon juice, paprika, oil, cayenne pepper, and rosemary together in a bowl to make a marinade.
- 4. Add the chicken wings to the marinade and mix well so that everything is coated.
- 5. Let the wings marinate in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
- 6. Season the marinated wings with salt.
- 7. Place the rosemary sprigs on the hot grill together with the wings.
- 8. Grill the wings for 10 to 15 minutes.
- 9. Turn the wings occasionally during grilling to ensure even cooking.
