  1. 1. Brush the chicken breast fillets lightly with oil.
  2. 2. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
  4. 4. Remove the tough stems and any wilted leaves.
  5. 5. Spin the spinach dry.
  6. 6. Peel the garlic clove.
  7. 7. Finely chop the garlic.
  8. 8. Wash the chili pepper.
  9. 9. Slice the pod lengthwise.
  10. 10. Remove the seeds.
  11. 11. Clean the pod of all white inner membranes.
  12. 12. Dice the chili very finely.
  13. 13. Place the chicken breast on the hot grill.
  14. 14. Grill the breast for about 4 to 5 minutes on the first side.
  15. 15. Turn the breast and grill for another 4 to 5 minutes.
  16. 16. Heat the remaining oil in a pan.
  17. 17. Sauté the garlic, chili, and sesame seeds briefly.
  18. 18. Add the spinach to the pan.
  19. 19. Toss the spinach briefly.
  20. 20. Lightly salt the spinach.
  21. 21. Distribute the spinach with the seasoning mixture onto plates.
  22. 22. Place the grilled chicken breast on top.
