🍽️ Grilled chicken breast with spinach

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 5 tbsp oil
- 150 g spinach
Instructions
- 1. Brush the chicken breast fillets lightly with oil.
- 2. Season the meat with salt and pepper.
- 3. Wash the spinach thoroughly.
- 4. Remove the tough stems and any wilted leaves.
- 5. Spin the spinach dry.
- 6. Peel the garlic clove.
- 7. Finely chop the garlic.
- 8. Wash the chili pepper.
- 9. Slice the pod lengthwise.
- 10. Remove the seeds.
- 11. Clean the pod of all white inner membranes.
- 12. Dice the chili very finely.
- 13. Place the chicken breast on the hot grill.
- 14. Grill the breast for about 4 to 5 minutes on the first side.
- 15. Turn the breast and grill for another 4 to 5 minutes.
- 16. Heat the remaining oil in a pan.
- 17. Sauté the garlic, chili, and sesame seeds briefly.
- 18. Add the spinach to the pan.
- 19. Toss the spinach briefly.
- 20. Lightly salt the spinach.
- 21. Distribute the spinach with the seasoning mixture onto plates.
- 22. Place the grilled chicken breast on top.
