🍽️ Grilled chicken breast with pineapple and cranberry jam

Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast fillets
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp tomato paste
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp dried herbs of Provence
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
- 4 slices pineapple
- 2 tbsp cranberry jam
Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with the grill function.
- 2. Wash the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
- 3. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
- 4. Mix the tomato paste, lemon juice, oil, honey, and herbs in a bowl.
- 5. Stir the chopped garlic into the marinade and season everything with salt and pepper.
- 6. Brush the chicken breasts and pineapple slices with the marinade.
- 7. Place the chicken breasts on a rack and place a drip tray underneath.
- 8. Grill the chicken breasts in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- 9. Add the pineapple slices and turn the chicken breasts.
- 10. Grill everything together for another 5 minutes.
- 11. Turn the pineapple slices once during grilling.
- 12. Place the grilled pineapple slices on the chicken breasts.
- 13. Add a dollop of cranberry jam to each slice.
- 14. Serve the dish with leaf salad as desired.
