  1. 1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees with the grill function.
  2. 2. Wash the chicken breasts and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  3. 3. Peel the garlic clove and chop it finely.
  4. 4. Mix the tomato paste, lemon juice, oil, honey, and herbs in a bowl.
  5. 5. Stir the chopped garlic into the marinade and season everything with salt and pepper.
  6. 6. Brush the chicken breasts and pineapple slices with the marinade.
  7. 7. Place the chicken breasts on a rack and place a drip tray underneath.
  8. 8. Grill the chicken breasts in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  9. 9. Add the pineapple slices and turn the chicken breasts.
  10. 10. Grill everything together for another 5 minutes.
  11. 11. Turn the pineapple slices once during grilling.
  12. 12. Place the grilled pineapple slices on the chicken breasts.
  13. 13. Add a dollop of cranberry jam to each slice.
  14. 14. Serve the dish with leaf salad as desired.
