  1. 1. Soak bread rolls in lukewarm water.
  2. 2. Sauté shallots and garlic in 1 tbsp oil.
  3. 3. Add chopped parsley and marjoram.
  4. 4. Let the mixture cool down slightly.
  5. 5. Squeeze the soaked bread.
  6. 6. Mix the cooled vegetables with eggs, bread, paprika, mustard, and ketchup.
  7. 7. Knead the mixture into the minced meat.
  8. 8. If necessary, add more breadcrumbs until the dough is moldable.
  9. 9. Season the dough generously with salt and pepper.
  10. 10. Form small balls from the meat.
  11. 11. Flatten the balls.
  12. 12. Fill each ball with a cube of feta cheese.
  13. 13. Reshape the meat dough around the feta into a ball.
  14. 14. Thread the balls onto wooden skewers.
  15. 15. Brush the skewers with some oil.
  16. 16. Grill the skewers for approx. 8-10 minutes.
  17. 17. Turn the skewers several times while grilling.
