🍽️ Rosemary Chicken Skewers with Chili Marinade

Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken breast fillet (or turkey breast)
- 8 sprigs rosemary
- 4 tbsp sunflower oil
- 0.5 tsp paprika powder
- salt
- pepper
- 1 pinch chili peppers
Instructions
- 1. Cut the meat into small, bite-sized pieces.
- 2. Thread the pieces of meat onto the rosemary sprigs one by one.
- 3. Mix the oil with paprika powder, salt, pepper, and chili in a bowl.
- 4. Place the skewers in the marinade and turn them so they are well coated.
- 5. Let the skewers marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- 6. Preheat your tabletop grill.
- 7. Grill the skewers all around for 7 to 10 minutes.
- 8. Serve the finished skewers with a fresh tomato salad.
