🍽️ Grilled Prawn Tails with Pepper, Lemon and Garlic

Ingredients
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 untreated lemon (juice)
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 20 large prawns (kitchen-ready, with shell)
- 2 untreated lemons
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Peel the garlic cloves and chop them finely.
- 2. Mix the chopped garlic with the lemon juice and oil in a bowl.
- 3. Rinse the prawns thoroughly.
- 4. Pat the prawns dry with a kitchen towel.
- 5. Toss the prawns in the marinade and mix well.
- 6. Let the prawns marinate for 20 minutes.
- 7. Rinse the lemon under hot water.
- 8. Cut the lemon in half.
- 9. Preheat the grill.
- 10. Place the marinated prawns and the lemon halves on the hot grill.
- 11. Grill the prawns for 5 to 7 minutes.
- 12. Turn the prawns and lemons while grilling.
- 13. Remove the prawns from the grill and place them on a plate.
- 14. Peel the prawns.
- 15. Season the prawns with salt and pepper.
- 16. Serve the prawns together with the grilled lemons.
