🍰 Delicious Grilled Fruit Skewers

Ingredients
- 8 figs
- 1 nashi (or pear)
- 1 small mango
- 0.5 cantaloupe melon
- 3 apricots
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 pinch cinnamon
Instructions
- 1. Wash the figs thoroughly and cut them in half.
- 2. Wash the Nashi pears, cut them into quarters, and remove the core.
- 3. Cut the Nashi pears into coarse, bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into large pieces away from the pit.
- 5. Remove the rind from the melon and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces.
- 6. Wash the apricots, halve them, and remove the pits.
- 7. Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for a few minutes so they do not burn while grilling.
- 8. Thread the different fruit pieces alternately onto the prepared skewers.
- 9. Preheat your grill and place the skewers on the hot grate.
- 10. Grill the skewers for 5 to 8 minutes, turning them over repeatedly in between.
- 11. Whisk the honey in a small bowl with the lime juice and cinnamon.
- 12. Drizzle the finished fruit skewers with the lime-honey mixture and serve immediately.
