  1. 1. Wash the figs thoroughly and cut them in half.
  2. 2. Wash the Nashi pears, cut them into quarters, and remove the core.
  3. 3. Cut the Nashi pears into coarse, bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Peel the mango and cut the flesh into large pieces away from the pit.
  5. 5. Remove the rind from the melon and cut the flesh into bite-sized pieces.
  6. 6. Wash the apricots, halve them, and remove the pits.
  7. 7. Soak 8 wooden skewers in water for a few minutes so they do not burn while grilling.
  8. 8. Thread the different fruit pieces alternately onto the prepared skewers.
  9. 9. Preheat your grill and place the skewers on the hot grate.
  10. 10. Grill the skewers for 5 to 8 minutes, turning them over repeatedly in between.
  11. 11. Whisk the honey in a small bowl with the lime juice and cinnamon.
  12. 12. Drizzle the finished fruit skewers with the lime-honey mixture and serve immediately.
