🍽️ Grilled Trout with Marinated Cherry Tomatoes and Capers

Ingredients
- 300 g cherry tomatoes
- capers jar
- 50 g capers
- salt
- pepper from the mill
- 125 ml oil
- 1 lemon
- 2 trout ready for cooking
- 3 sprigs rosemary
Instructions
- 1. Wash the tomatoes and dry them thoroughly. Season the capers and tomatoes with salt and pepper and mix everything with 6 tablespoons of oil. Wash the lemon and slice it into thin rounds.
- 2. Brush the trout with oil. Season them with salt and pepper. Place a few lemon slices and ½ sprig of rosemary in the belly of each trout and grill them on the preheated grill for about 7-8 minutes on each side.
- 3. Serve the marinated cherry tomatoes and capers alongside. Herbed rice goes well as a side dish.
