  1. 1. Wash the tomatoes and dry them thoroughly. Season the capers and tomatoes with salt and pepper and mix everything with 6 tablespoons of oil. Wash the lemon and slice it into thin rounds.
  2. 2. Brush the trout with oil. Season them with salt and pepper. Place a few lemon slices and ½ sprig of rosemary in the belly of each trout and grill them on the preheated grill for about 7-8 minutes on each side.
  3. 3. Serve the marinated cherry tomatoes and capers alongside. Herbed rice goes well as a side dish.
