🍽️ Grilled Trout

Ingredients
- 4 Trout (à 300 g)
- Salt
- Pepper (from the mill)
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Capers
- 2 Lemons
Instructions
- 1. Rinse the trout under cold running water.
- 2. Gently pat the fish completely dry with kitchen paper.
- 3. Place 1 tablespoon of capers into a mortar.
- 4. Coarsely crush the capers.
- 5. Mix the crushed capers with the olive oil and the juice of half a lemon.
- 6. Season the marinade with salt and pepper.
- 7. Salt and pepper the inside of the trout.
- 8. Brush the outside of the trout all around with the oil-caper mixture.
- 9. Preheat the charcoal grill to medium heat.
- 10. Grill the trout for about 6 minutes on the first side.
- 11. Turn the fish and grill for another 6 minutes on the second side.
- 12. Cut the remaining lemon into wedges.
- 13. Serve the grilled trout garnished with the remaining capers and lemon wedges.
