🍽️ Gegrillte Foil Potatoes with Cheese Filling

Ingredients
- 8 large potatoes (approx. 200 g each, waxy)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 100 Camembert
- 1 bunch chives
- salt
- pepper (from the mill)
Instructions
- 1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly under running water.
- 2. Place the potatoes on a baking sheet.
- 3. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- 4. Bake the potatoes in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
- 5. Cut a small lid off the top of each potato using a sharp knife.
- 6. Carefully scoop out the inside of the potatoes using a small spoon.
- 7. Make sure to leave a rim of potato skin about 5 millimeters thick.
- 8. Mash the scooped-out potato flesh with a fork.
- 9. Mix the mashed potato flesh with butter and cheese.
- 10. Wash the chives under cold water.
- 11. Shake the chives dry.
- 12. Finely chop the chives.
- 13. Stir the chopped chives into the potato mixture.
- 14. Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- 15. Fill the potato-cheese mixture back into the empty potato skins.
- 16. Place the cut-off lids back on top of the filled potatoes.
- 17. Wrap each potato individually in aluminum foil.
- 18. Preheat the grill and set it to medium-low heat.
- 19. Place the wrapped potatoes on the grill.
- 20. Grill the potatoes for about 10 minutes.
- 21. Turn the potatoes frequently during the grilling time.
- 22. Remove the potatoes from the grill as soon as they are heated through.
