🍽️ Grilled Meatballs with Vegetables

Ingredients
- 600 g beef mince
- salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- 1 tsp paprika powder (mild sweet)
- 1 egg yolk
- oil
- 2 bell peppers
- wooden skewers
- 800 g mixed vegetables (fennel, red onions, potatoes, etc.)

Instructions
- 1. Wash, trim, and cut the vegetables into smaller pieces. Brush them with oil and place them on the grill for 8 to 12 minutes to cook slowly. Season with salt and pepper afterwards.
- 2. Mix the minced meat with salt, pressed garlic, finely chopped shallots, paprika powder, and the egg yolk. Shape the mixture into small balls.
- 3. Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half, remove the core and all white inner membranes. Cut the vegetable into bite-sized pieces.
- 4. Thread the meatballs and the pepper pieces alternately onto wooden skewers. Brush the skewers with oil and fry them on the hot grill until golden brown all around.
