  1. 1. Wash, trim, and cut the vegetables into smaller pieces. Brush them with oil and place them on the grill for 8 to 12 minutes to cook slowly. Season with salt and pepper afterwards.
  2. 2. Mix the minced meat with salt, pressed garlic, finely chopped shallots, paprika powder, and the egg yolk. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  3. 3. Wash the bell peppers, cut them in half, remove the core and all white inner membranes. Cut the vegetable into bite-sized pieces.
  4. 4. Thread the meatballs and the pepper pieces alternately onto wooden skewers. Brush the skewers with oil and fry them on the hot grill until golden brown all around.
