  5. 5. Remove the seeds from the tomatoes.
  6. 6. Dice the tomatoes finely.
  7. 7. Soak the toast bread in the milk.
  8. 8. Wash the chili pepper.
  9. 9. Remove the stem and seeds of the chili pepper.
  10. 10. Finely chop the chili pepper.
  11. 11. Finely chop the fish fillet.
  12. 12. Finely chop the prawns.
  13. 13. Peel the shallots.
  14. 14. Finely chop the shallots.
  15. 15. Heat the oil in a pan.
  16. 16. Sauté the shallots in the hot oil until translucent.
  17. 17. Add the shallots to the chopped fish.
  18. 18. Add the eggs to the fish mixture.
  19. 19. Add the coriander to the mixture.

  30. 30. Place the balls on the grill.
  31. 31. Grill the balls for 2 to 3 minutes per side.
